Dave's Nashville Limo

A US luxury transportation brand needed more than a fleet gallery. We built a quote-request funnel that captures the trip, the route and the passenger in three steps — and matches every request against real vehicle capacity.

Most limo websites end at a phone number.

Chauffeur work is booked on specifics: how many passengers, how much luggage, what time, from where to where, and whether the car is needed for one transfer or held for the evening. A gallery of vehicles answers none of that, and a contact form that only asks for a name and a message pushes all of it into a phone call.

The brief was to turn the website into the first step of the reservation — collecting everything a dispatcher needs to price the job, while making it obvious that submitting a request commits the customer to nothing.

Three steps, no payment wall.

The request is split so the customer answers one kind of question at a time. Nothing is charged and no card is asked for — the quote comes back with pricing and vehicle options.

01

Your Trip

Point-to-point or hourly as-directed, pick-up date and time, passenger count and luggage.

02

Locations

Pick-up and drop-off, including airport runs and multi-stop evenings.

03

Your Details

Contact details and any special requirements, then the request goes to 24/7 dispatch.

Capacity is the real filter.

Every vehicle is published with the two numbers that decide the booking — how many people, and how many bags.

Mercedes-Benz S-Class

  • Sedan
  • 3 passengers
  • 2 bags

Cadillac Escalade ESV

  • SUV
  • 6 passengers
  • 5 bags

Mercedes-Benz Sprinter

  • Van
  • 14 passengers
  • 12 bags

Stretch Limousine

  • Limousine
  • 10 passengers
  • 4 bags

Five kinds of trip, one funnel.

Airport transfers

BNA and private terminal pick-ups, timed against the flight rather than the clock.

Corporate travel

Executive transfers and roadshows for teams that need the same standard every time.

Weddings & events

Multi-vehicle days where arrival time is part of the event schedule.

Hourly as-directed

The car and chauffeur are held for a block of time instead of a single route.

WhatsApp hand-off

A floating action opens WhatsApp with the enquiry already written, for customers who would rather chat.

Light & dark

A theme toggle, because a lot of these bookings are made late at night.
